UK Shipping and Delivery
We dispatch all orders within 1 business day however, all orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched at 7am Monday morning.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48HR Tracked Service and you will also receive delivery notifications by E-Mail and Text.​

Our standard charge for delivery is £3.29 however, if your order is over £40.00 you will automatically qualify for Free Delivery and this will be deducted at check-out.

Returns
Our aim as a small family business, is to bring to our customers a bespoke and magical shopping experience with us, that is not only to the highest of customer service levels, but also, with high quality products.

We take great care selecting your orders and ensure that everything is perfect, once we are satisfied that your order looks amazing, we then carefully pack your order and use the cutest eco-friendly packing peanuts to make sure everything arrives with you in tip top condition and beautifully presented, also remember all of our packaging is eco-friendly, so please do support us in recycling to help our environment and planet.

Sadly, during transit accidents do sometimes happen, but thankfully not that often however, if your parcel does arrive with any damaged items, please email us at witchytreatsuk@outlook.com with details and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the broken product back to us and once this is received by us we will send a replacement product, or issue a full refund.​

We cannot be held responsible for any delays via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery Service however, if your order does arrive later than you expected and you no longer require the items, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the full order back to us, once we receive the items we will happily refund your order in full.
