Candle Care Instructions.
 
Light your for candle at least two hours at a time, but no more than 4 hours at a time. If your candle burns for too long, carbon can collect on the wick, as this can lead to a large flame, as well as smoke and soot. Always follow the instructions on keeping your wick trimmed.
 
Trim your wick, make sure you keep the wick ¼ of an inch long. You can use scissors, nail trimmers, or even a wick trimmer. Keeping the wick trimmed will keep the flame burning evenly over the wax and maximize the life of your candle.
 
Burn your candle until the wax melts to the edge of the candle vessel, soy was is unique and has a memory, so burning the candle this way creates what is known as a memory ring and the wax remembers to burn to the edges of the vessel, it keeps the candle from tunnelling, or burning down the centre and leaving the outer wax un-melted. It takes approximately 2-4 hours for the first burn.
 
Please discard your candle when there is ¼” of the wax left, we know it is hard to let a candle go when there is a little bit wax left, but discarding it at this point is for your safety.
 
Do not leave the candle unattended.
 
Candles are sensitive to light and temperature, so store them in an upright position and in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, also, keep your candles dust free by using a damp cloth to wipe.
