Here at Witchy Treats our customers safety is paramount to us and therefore, as well as all of our handmade products being CLP compliant, we are also fully covered by both Product and Public Liability Insurance.
 
Product Liability Insurance
Our product liability covers against injury, or damage caused specifically by an item manufactured, sold, or supplied by Witchy Treats UK.

Public Liability Insurance 
Our public liability covers injury to a person, or their property being damaged whilst visiting our headquarters.
